Etheria: Restart was quite a hit at the Taipei Game Show 2025

The recently held Taipei Game Show 2025 was quite a success for Etheria: Restart as it drew thousands of fans to the event. Records for previous betas were broken and lots of exclusive content was showcased. From live competitions to hands-on previews, the event gave attendees plenty to experience.
Etheria: Restart’s booth at the Taipei Game Show was packed with activities, including in-game challenges, cosplayer appearances, and exclusive merchandise giveaways. Fans had the chance to win limited-edition collectibles, and a few lucky attendees even received a PS5 Pro.
On January 24th and 25th, popular streamer Akaoni also took the stage, taking part in live battles, hosting challenge events, and interacting with fans. Those who were part of the festivities even got a signed photo as a keepsake.
Beyond the show floor, Etheria: Restart’s closed beta set new milestones too. More than 900,000 summons were recorded, with Massiah, Tiamat, and Hoyan emerging as the most sought-after characters. One Hyperlinker, Tianyu Rin, managed to collect every single character, something that no one else achieved.
In terms of progression, most participants averaged around level 35, but Lulu pushed far ahead, reaching an impressive level 66. The Peak Arena rankings saw 82 competitors claim their spots, but Fried Bun stood out as the top-ranked Hyperlinker in both PvP modes. Meanwhile, guild Qiyan City secured the highest single-damage output in the event’s toughest battle.

Speaking of battles, the new boss fight against NicoNana became the highlight of the test, with over 24,000 attempts recorded. The encounter proved to be a serious challenge, pushing teams to their limits as they refined their strategies.
