  • Mabinogi Mobile was announced way back in 2022, but we now have more news
  • What is it? Well, it’s Nexon’s hit MMORPG that offers more than just combat
  • And pretty soon we could be getting that mobile version this March!

One of the most intriguing upcoming releases that has flown under the radar recently has been a mobile adaptation of Nexon’s hit MMORPG Mabinogi. And ever since it was announced way back in 2022 there’s been radio silence, but that’s all changed with the release of a new teaser and a tentative date for a release date this March.

Mabinogi Online is, as you might’ve guessed, an MMORPG. However, it comes with a twist as this is far more in the vein of older releases like Ultima Online, where being a classic fantasy adventurer is not the only avenue of employment available. Mabinogi’s talent system, rather than class, offers a huge variety of skills from close combat to cookery!

Announced back in 2022, a mobile adaptation of Mabinogi is certainly to be expected given Nexon’s heavy focus on our humble platform. But radio silence has also been the rule since then. But the aforementioned teaser (which you can see below) seems to indicate that we won’t have to wait too long, but I wouldn’t be surprised if a global launch is still a ways off.

More Mabinogi for Mobile

I like the idea of Mabinogi, although I admit that the idea of an MMORPG offering you non-combat activities is not exactly a new one. However, having a new contender in the field can hardly be a bad thing.

It’s also been a pretty popular one for collabs, which I know you all love, so if you want to find out more be sure to stay tuned but feel free to take a gander at Mabinogi’s official website for more info!
