Game of Thrones: Kingsroad reveals first look at upcoming chapter three which will be available at launch

• Chapter three welcomes Stannis Baratheon and the Stormlands

Winter’s not just coming, it’s expanding. Netmarble has just dropped a fresh developer video for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, giving fans a first look at Chapter Three content arriving at launch. The Stormlands will finally open up, putting you face-to-face with Stannis Baratheon, and deepening the already sprawling narrative that kicked off in Early Access.

Since arriving on Steam a few weeks ago, GoT: Kingsroad has given PC players a solid taste of Westeros with its gritty, story-driven RPG experience. Now, with pre-registration open for iOS and Android, mobile fans are counting the days until they too can forge their legacy in George R.R. Martin’s cutthroat world. 

The devs have promised that chapter three won’t just be more of the same. It’s set to push the narrative forward and introduce new territories to explore, starting with the Stormlands and House Baratheon’s stern, no-nonsense ruler. 

The new dev update also addresses feedback from early adopters, with matchmaking improvements, RP adjustments, and expanded language support all in the pipeline.

In Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, you don’t step into the shoes of Jon Snow or Daenerys – you create your own character, heir to the lesser-known House Tyre. But don’t let the name fool you – you’ll still cross paths with major houses and familiar locations, all rendered in stunning detail. 

Cross-play will be available at launch, meaning you’ll be able to start your quest on PC and pick up on mobile without missing a beat. With full progression syncing, you can take Westeros with you wherever you go, though we can’t guarantee safety from White Walkers during your commute.
