Destiny Rising launches global pre-registration for iOS

It’s a big day for NetEase on mobile, aside from their recent tease for Sea of Remnants and upcoming launch of Once Human: RaidZone, there’s a whole swathe of news coming up. And the first is that Destiny: Rising, the upcoming spin-off of the hit multiplayer shooter, is now in global pre-registration for iOS.
A mobile version of Destiny has been a long time coming, and while it may not be a simple port as Warframe eventually did, it does promise a bunch of new features and content exclusive to smartphones. Naturally, there’s also a host of milestone rewards available for sign-ups.
Not only that, but on May 29th, a new closed beta is set to go live in the United States and Canada exclusively for Google Play, which will let you early birds experience more of the upcoming storyline, meet new characters and experience a number of new missions.

With pre-registration set to arrive on Google Play at a later date, Destiny: Rising is rapidly accelerating towards launch. With its mixture of sci-fi action and fantasy-style saga-like storylines, it wouldn’t be surprising for Destiny: Rising to make a big mark on mobile.
For players who are fans of Destiny already, the fact that there’s an upcoming closed beta will also be exciting as it offers gamers a chance to get to grips with this spin-off and find out whether it measures up to Bungie’s hit mainline original ahead of launch.
