  • Solo Leveling: Arise has arrived on the Epic Games Store
  • Fans can jump into an exclusive event by logging in via the EGS
  • Draw Tickets, Mana Power Extract and other rewards are on offer

The Epic Games Store for mobile has managed quite a coup, bringing the hit ARPG Solo Leveling: Arise to the storefront. Fans who’ve been looking forward to this can dive in right now for an Epic Games Store-exclusive event featuring a suite of rewards just for jumping in via the EGS.

Solo Leveling: Arise, for those not in the know, is Netmarble’s adaptation of the webtoon of the same name. Taking on the role of series protagonist Jinwoon, you follow his journey from the original series while teaming up with fan-favourite characters. Boasting an array of skills and weapons, it offers an authentic manhwa experience for fans and newcomers alike.

Running until June 25th, the EGS debut event allows anyone who logs in to Solo Leveling: Arise via the Epic Games Store to receive an exclusive Epic Store Launch Celebration pack, which features x10 Custom Draw Tickets, x10 Rate Up Draw Tickets, x10 Weapon Custom Draw Tickets and a Mana Power Extract.

Epic

While Solo Leveling: Arise isn’t exclusive to the Epic Games Store, I’d argue this is still quite a significant launch. Netmarble are not a small developer by any means, and at a time when many other top releases struggle to hold on, Solo Leveling: Arise seems to be doing pretty well.

With that in mind, what this represents is a major developer seeing the potential in going to a third-party store even after launching on mainstream storefronts. Could this bode well for the Epic Games Store? We’ll just have to wait and see.

But in the meantime, if you want to see what else is available on alternative storefronts, why not check in on Will and his regular feature Off the AppStore, where he explores other great releases not available on the iOS App Store or Google Play!
