There’s something to be said for endurance, especially when it comes to games. Of course, many of those that endure either tend to be perennial fan-favourites or at the very least backed by major developers. However, some hang on purely by the strength of their gameplay, and Great Pizza, Good Pizza is one of them.
Having been around for ten years, it’s only natural that developer TapBlaze are looking to celebrate! And to mark this major anniversary, fans will be able to hop into a new event. Featuring new decorations, and the appearances of both friends and rivals alongside a new storyline, it’s sure to be a good time for any pizza fanatic.
And it’s not just an in-game event taking place either! Those of you who are in Los Angeles can stroll along to the Gallery Nucleus to take in a massive real-life exhibition of art from the GPGP. There’ll be a panel, displays of concept art, merchandise and, of course, pizza for people to partake in.

If you haven’t heard of Good Pizza, Great Pizza, I don’t blame you. It’s something that had flown under my radar too, but it sits comfortably at over a million players year in and year out. The fact it did so without any kind of VC funding is also worthy of commendation, so we can only wish the folks at TapBlaze the best with this latest milestone!
