Monster Hunter Now crosses over with Monster Hunter Wilds in new collab event
- From February 3rd all the way to March 31st a new Monster Hunter Wilds collab is live in MH Now
- It’ll let you collect gift codes to use in Wilds, while also obtaining neat new themed cosmetics and more
- Grab exclusive rewards ahead of Wilds’ release in late February!
When it comes to console adaptations for mobile, it always seems a forlorn hope that you’ll see much in the way of an official crossover with the original. Not so, it seems, with Capcom’s upcoming latest entry in the series, Monster Hunter Wilds and Niantic’s hit AR creature hunter Monster Hunter Now! Because a new collaboration allows you to complete exclusive quests to nab rewards that can be used over in Wilds.
How does it work? Well from February 3rd all the way until March 31st, when you log into Monster Hunter Now you’ll have access to collab-exclusive quests that need completing. These can nab you items like a set of MH Wilds Hoodie layered equipment, a Wilds-themed Guild Card background, crafting resources and more!
But what about in Monster Hunter Wilds? Well if this is your first time leaping into the exciting world of Monster Hunter Now then the rewards couldn’t be greater. By collecting gift codes from completing collab quests, you can trade them in over on Monster Hunter Wilds for a Mega Potion, Dust of Life, Energy Drink and more!

You’ll of course need to wait until Monster Hunter Wilds officially releases in late February to use these codes, but as far as promotional tactics go I reckon this is a pretty solid one. After all, mobile adaptations of popular releases are at the end of the day meant to point you back to the original franchise, so even non-fans might consider leaping into the latest release.
