XD Inc has just released the Night Crimson update for Sword of Convallaria. The tactical RPG only launched in July but has already been downloaded millions of times across PC and mobile. This expansion now brings a myriad of a new content, including more events, valuable rewards, and fresh ways to approach the game.

Sword of Convallaria’s Night Crimson update continues the Spiral of Destinies campaign, introducing investigative clue wall gameplay to Waverun City’s storyline. This feature blends detective elements with tactical battles, adding depth to your decisions as you solve mysteries. You must complete these tasks under the guidance of Safiyyah, the Mobile Squad’s strategic leader.

Night Crimson also introduces SP Characters, alternate versions of familiar faces, complete with distinct appearances and combat abilities. SP Rawiyah arrives on January 3rd, followed by Taair on January 17th. If you already have the original versions of these characters, unlocking their SP forms will grant an exclusive SP skill, enhancing both versions’ combat power.

In addition to the new characters and quests, the Night Crimson events, which began December 20th, offer valuable rewards. Clearing these events can earn you abundant Secret Fates, legendary trinkets, and exclusive avatar frames. The Waverun Tournament, starting January 3rd, lets you exchange event points for special items, giving you an edge in the battles ahead.
