Colossi has officially opened pre-registration sign-ups for Vinland Tales, the studio’s Viking-themed survival RPG. Crafted by the minds behind Daisho – Survival of a Samurai and Gladiators: Survival in Rome, this strategic sandbox game tasks you with braving the harsh environment as you build your settlements from scratch.
In Vinland Tales, you’ll not only have to explore the wilds to gather the resources you need, but you’ll also have to manage your health, optimise your structures and scavenged goods, and defend yourself from the horrors of the unpredictable world around you. Manage your very own Viking village, then set out to conquer other settlements during Clan Raids.
“We wanted to create a game that goes beyond the typical survival RPG,” says Manuel Prueter, Founder of Colossi Games. “In Vinland Tales, players don’t just play as a lone survivor but take on the responsibility of leading a clan, managing resources, and organizing raids against other villages, all while enjoying stunning visuals that bring the Viking Age to life.”
Take on the role of Viking explorer Leif Eriksson and lead your village to glory – don’t forget to offer worship sites for Thor and Odin, lest you incur the wrath of the gods.
