Zenless Zone Zero version 1.3 Virtual Revenge is out now

• Zenless Zone Zero version 1.3 “Virtual Revenge” has just released

Well, I’m sure for many of us it’s been a relatively stressful week even thus far. But fortunately, as we head towards Friday at the very least we’ve got a host of news and additions to top games to keep us all occupied. And the latest of these is HoYoverse’s Zenless Zone Zero, which is getting a major update with version 1.3 “Virtual Revenge”.

So what can you expect in this newest update? Well, put simply, a lot of additional content. As you’ll be meeting the Enigmatic Section 6 which specialises in combating Hollows disasters, celebrating Settlement Days at the Outer Ring with Sons of Calydon member Lighter, and even exploring new areas with the H.A.N.D. Headquarters, H.S.O.S. 6 Office and SÄ n-Z STUDIO.

But that’s not all, because as we mentioned last time those just wanting more gameplay to plow through won’t be going short. The brand-new roguelike gameplay of The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault and a new elimination tournament in the Simulated Battle Trial means you won’t be going short.

Get into the zone

I’ve mentioned MiHoYo’s impressive balancing act of making significant content updates for (at present) three major releases before. However, I’ve pretty much said what I can about this update in our previous post.

I would note however that the introduction of roguelike gameplay is interesting to me, although not the first to do it in their repertoire by far I think you could do an interesting analysis of the games that HoYoverse have released and how their features mark out each year and period they were released.
